TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms outline the agreement for Sa Llebre Private Chef services. When you register, pay, or place a deposit for a service, you’re agreeing to these terms. Your specific service may have additional terms, so please read everything carefully.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros and per person or per service. VAT included.
Sa Llebre Private Chef reserves the right to notify you of an increase in the brochure or advertised price before accepting your booking and prices may vary.
Booking
To confirm the booking of any service we require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the service at the moment of reservation. Payment should be made by bank transfer in favor of José Mezquida Porquer.
Sa Llebre can cancel the event or open the date to other reservations if the deposit is not received on time.
Payment terms
Remaining amount can be paid by cash up to maximum €1.000 (VAT included) or bank transfer on the day of the event.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations require written notification from the original payer, sent to: josep@sallebreprivatechef.com
The cancellation is valid only upon confirmed written receipt.
Sa Llebre will provide a complete refund for cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled event, provided no preparatory or third-party contract expenses have been incurred. Any such expenses will be itemized and deducted from the client’s deposit.
A 50% charge of the net invoice applies to cancellations within 14 days of the event.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event require payment of the full invoice amount.
This cancellation policy is standard and requires written mutual agreement for any exceptions.
Allergies & dietary restrictions
Sa Llebre will make its best effort to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. However, because all types of food are handled in our facilities, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination and are not responsible for allergic reactions.
Tableware rental
For the purpose of ensuring our service’s traceability, the client or event organizer who manages the rental of tableware, glassware, and cutlery must provide the rental company’s name and contact information.
